This rental is located at Park City Mountain Resort. You can walk onto the lift practically right out the door. Finding the condo took a bit of work, since there is no check-in. They should say go up the stairs next to Cole's Sporting Goods & the main door will be right there. We really enjoyed it, except for the lack of communication from the property managers. If you have a problem, you may want to look elsewhere for a rental.
The first night we arrived, a woman from the property management company came by about an hour after we got there to "make sure everything was ok." At that time, it was. We thought that was great. When we left for dinner that night, we noticed that the lock on our door (keypad lock) wasn't locking. I called the property manager 800 number right away and spoke to an operator who opened a ticket to get it fixed. No one EVER called, texted, or emailed me. Luckily we figured out how to fix it ourselves. The next morning after showers we went to use the hairdryer that is mounted on the wall (typical hotel style) and there was something broken inside of it hitting the fan once it was turned on. This was definitely not going to work. We even unplugged it, as a safety precaution. I called again to let them know about the hairdryer and ask for a new one, since we didn't pack one because it was listed that there was one in the unit. At that time, I asked another operator why no one contacted me about the lock. She did not have an answer. The day before we checked out (in the morning), I called a third time, since no one had contacted me on the lock or the hairdryer. The third operator I spoke with said someone stopped by and checked the lock at a previous time & it was working, so that was that, according to them. She asked if we still needed a hairdryer and I said yes. While we were out, a new one was dropped off. In sharing this story, I hope the property managers understand that although they addressed one of the issues, they still need to communicate with the customer. Not once did I receive any call, text or email from them on our issues.
It has 1 queen, 1 twin & a full pull out. I can't remember if it lists "sleeps 6", but it would really only be 5, if you had all adults.
