Wish I had booked elsewhere
I wish I had taken the reviews of others in consideration and NOT booked this cabin! While it seems like a great price there is definitely far better at the same price!!The communication with the rental company was unclear and when I contacted the office while driving TEN HOURS the office staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed by my phone call. Upon arriving at this cabin I was deeply disheartened by the fact that dispite the high cleaning fee the cabin looked like it hadnt been properly cleaned in a VERY long time. There were cob webs, dust, dog hair, etc. Some lights were even missing light bulbs. All of the appliances are rusty. The entire place is in need of serious updating!While I wasnt expecting a large cabin bring us only 1bdrm this cabin is beyond small. I have bruises on my legs from bumping into the bed posts due to the small bedroom. My son and I are lean people but if you are over 150lbs this is NOT the cabin for you! The shower stall is TINY TINY with no room to shave legs or move much. The furnishings throughout the cabin are old and extremely uncomfortable. Outside lighting is almost non existent. Most of the exterior lights are solar and broken and not operating. There is 1 light on the deck and a couple of small lights on the steps but not helpful.
