With an elevation of 4800 feet you can enjoy unobstructed breathtaking long range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. There is a convenient trail across the parking lot from the condo that leads to the ski slopes. The walk is 300 yards or less. Great for ski access or mountain biking without having to endure parking hassles. Not only are you a stones throw from all the amenities that Sugar Mountain has to offer, you are only a short drive from Banner Elk, Boone and Blowing Rock which offers the best in dining, shopping, golf and outdoor activities. Relax in the comfortable living room with a stone gas fireplace and large flat screen smart TV. The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The guest room features a queen bed with adjoining bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy cooking in the fully furnished gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel appliances.
