The suite is in a condominium with shared common areas, so there may be some noise during your stay (other guests, local wildlife or street traffic). As the area is still developing, occasional daytime construction noise from nearby properties is possible.



Before arrival, we require online check-in and a photo ID for every guest, plus a signed copy of the condominium regulations - this authorizes access to the property and lets us send your check-in details, and helps us keep good relations with neighbors.



You may come across local wildlife (birds, geckos, the occasional insect, raccoons or local dogs). We care about the environment, so please avoid leaving food outdoors.



Your stay includes one cleaning before arrival and one after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and other essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra fee on request.



For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it's running and avoid setting it below 21°C.
