The Haven - This Lake Norman vacation rental is a 3 Bedroom (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins (that can be converted to a King)), all top-quality mattresses (it's all about the bed)). 2 Full Baths with fluffy towels, magnifying mirrors. Fully-stocked kitchen, full size Washer and Dryer. Covered deck with ceiling fan, lake views, Southwest exposure and oh--those sunsets! Port City Club our next door neighbor for dining, cocktails. Tennis, pickleball & pool steps away.

The Haven was nice and worked well for a long weekend while we were in town for a family wedding. The house was comfortably furnished, and everything we needed was easy to find. Master bed is memory foam, which my wife and I are not used to, so we were somewhat uncomfortable and didn't sleep as well as we would have liked, but that is just preference. The house was clean, though some of the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint to cover several marks on the walls and make it look a bit nicer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the proximity to the wedding venue.

Great stay. Property was very clean and well kept. Loved sitting on the deck. Location was very convenient. We could hear a fair amount of foot traffic from the unit above us (little kids running around). It didn’t bother us but could be an issue if you are sensitive to that type of thing.

Our home away from home

We have stayed at this property several times. It has everything one could possibly need and it is very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, and has a good supply of very nice dishes, dishtowels, paper goods, etc. The bathrooms have very nice towels, shampoo, hair dryers, etc. We don't have to bring anything but our clothes and our snacks! The Wifi works very well, and the smart TV is easy to use. There is a nice laundry room, vacuum cleaner, etc. The view from the balcony is beautiful in every season. The location is great, and there are lots of restaurants in the area, and some really nice parks too. There is a new couch, which we really liked, and lots of games and puzzles for rainy days. Check in is easy, and the door code is simple to use. We look forward to our next visit.

Wonderful condo, terrific view

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay here. Three family members stayed here and three others on Thanksgiving day another family couple the day after. We had a great time. Facility is great!

Beautiful condo

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The furniture and appliances are very nice. The kitchen has everything a person needs, and has a dishwasher as well. The washer and dryer are frontloading and convenient. The 3 bedrooms are beautifully furnished and very comfortable. When we had a couple of questions, the owner replied immediately. We hope to return again!

Beautiful Condo, gorgeous lake views

Our family of four (3 adults and one child) were very comfortable in this spacious and well stocked condo. The location is great and was a good home base for visiting family and taking advantage of lake Norman activities. Katie is a wonderful host. The check in process was very easy and she answered all of our questions. Bring a hair dryer, that’s the only thing the condo is missing 😊
