Please note that the building has stairs only, with no elevator, and while the entrance is in good condition, the apartment does not include a washing machine. The property uses an electric boiler for hot water, which typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat once activated. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom waste bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet.
