Treat yourself to a relaxing break in Les Sables d'Olonne in this charming small house, nestled at the foot of the old semaphore, in the iconic neighborhood of La Chaume, the historic cradle of the city.
Here, everything is gathered for peaceful vacations: private garden, pool, parking, and wifi.

•Independent small house, in a quiet area
•Private small garden with outdoor living area
•Outdoor swimming pool in the residence (open from mid-May to mid-September)
•Assigned parking space

•Recent furniture and very well-maintained accommodation
The Housing (T2)
Accessible through the garden, the small house consists of:
•A pleasant living room with sofa, television, dining table and office space
•A fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, microwave, condiments...)
•A master suite with double bed (140x190) and adjoining bathroom (shower)
•A "dressing room"
•A separate toilet
•A washing machine
An ideal outdoor space to enjoy the sun
During beautiful days, settle in the private garden, equipped with outdoor furniture (cushions available please bring them inside in the evening).
A perfect location for nature and ocean lovers
•Immediate proximity to the Armandèche lighthouse, coastal path and bicycle paths
•The quay of La Chaume, its shops, restaurants and market less than 1 km away
•Seafood tasting 750 m away
•Supermarket 2 km away
•Bus line B to the SNCF Train Station

The maritime shuttle, about 1 km away, allows you to reach the Grande Plage and the city center of Les Sables d'Olonne in a simple and original way.

Practical Information
Arrival: between 4 PM and 5:30 PM at the agency (In case of late arrival, autonomous entry flexibility outside peak hours.)
Departure: between 8 AM and 10 AM (In low season and outside events: late departure optional.)
Cleaning: End-of-stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty trash bins, unmake beds (if option taken), wash and put away dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!
Linen: Sheets towels optional, to be reserved with the concierge
Deposit: Deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not debited except for damage
A personalized and proximity service! Do not hesitate to contact us for any additional service or tourist advice.
