Villa Joy On The Lake offers 3 accommodation options, with maximum capacity varying from 7 to 11 guests:

1) Small Group Stay: Main Villa is available and can accommodate up to 7 people.
2) Large Group Stay - Deluxe: Main Villa + Lake Suite are available to accommodate up to 11 people (7 in the Main Villa + 4 in the Lake Suite).
The display prices refer to these 2 options and vary depending on whether there are fewer or more guests.

3) Large Group Stay - Standard (and only on request): Main Villa (Deluxe) + Castelletto (Standard) are available to accommodate up to 11 people (7 in the Main Villa + 4 in the Castelletto ). This option is designed for those looking for simpler and more convenient accommodations. Available upon request and at a lower cost, it offers slightly lower quality accommodation without air conditioning for up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Castelletto or the Lake Suite can be rented exclusively in conjunction with the Main Villa (only in Winter they can be rented separately), resulting in a total capacity of 7 + 4 guests.

•The Main Villa and the Lake Suite (Deluxe) are fully air conditioned and equipped with central heating. While in the Castelletto annexe (Standard and on request) there is no air conditioning.

This Villa is divided into 3 different units: The Main Villa (for 7 guests); The Lake Suite (for 4 guests) and the Castelletto (for 4 guests).
And it can be rented in 3 different compositions to meet different needs:
- for a maximum of 11 guests: The Main Villa + The Lake Suite
- for a maximum of 11 guests: The Main Villa + Castelletto (without air conditioning) at a reduced price to be agreed
- for a maximum of 7 guests: only The Main Villa at a reduced price of 15%. The remaining part is closed to anyone.

1. MAIN VILLA (for 7 guests): 450 sqm
4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms + 1 guest toilet, capacity 7 people.

Common Areas:
Downstairs areas are adorned with intricate moldings and stucco ceilings, feature wrought iron handrails, red marble wainscoting and a meticulously fashioned staircase made of local stone. A commitment to exceptional quality permeates every aspect of the villa. Natural light floods the generously proportioned living room through numerous double French doors, creating a harmonious blend of antique and contemporary furnishings and promoting a lively, fresh ambiance. Additionally, there is a separate formal dining room, capable of seating 12 comfortably, providing an indoor dining alternative that contrasts with the dedicated outdoor area in the garden. Completing this level is a fully equipped modern kitchen, equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious meals to enjoy and share with loved ones, as well as a guest bathroom and laundry area, including washer and dryer.

Private Rooms (all equipped with air conditioning and smart TV with satellite connection):
• Bedroom with panoramic view and King-size bed, equipped with balcony (first floor).
• Bedroom with panoramic views and Queen-size bed, providing direct access to a private furnished terrace (first floor).
• Bedroom with single bed (first floor).
• Bedroom with lake view and twin beds, equipped with private bathroom with tub and terrace (second floor).

• 1 guest bathroom (ground floor).
• 2 bathrooms with bathtub and hairdryer (first floor).
• 1 bathroom with shower and hairdryer (second floor).

2. LAKE SUITE (for 4 guests): 120 m2
2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, capacity 4 people.

Common Areas:
An airy and spacious, open-plan living area includes a fully fitted kitchen and dining area, offering stunning panoramic lake views.

Private rooms (all equipped with air conditioning and smart TV with satellite connection):
• Queen Bedroom: Boasts a queen-size bed with panoramic views, complete with attached bathroom with large shower and hairdryer.
• Double room: comes with its private bathroom, furnished with a large shower and hairdryer.


3. CASTELLETTO (for 4 guests without air conditioning): 130 sqm
2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, capacity 4 people.

Upon request it is possible to rent the dependance Castelletto (instead of the Lake Suite) at a lower price.
Castelletto offers a slightly lower quality than the main villa and the Lake Suites and does not have air conditioning.

Common Areas:
On the ground floor there is a living/dining area overlooking the lake, a compact kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Private rooms:
On the upper floor there is a double bedroom and a double/twin bedroom, both with lake view, and share bathroom with a hydromassage tub.

The following might be to be paid extra: Extra Bed, Extra Cleaning, Final Cleaning, Heating, Pool heating, Refundable Security Deposit in cash or by credit card.
