They have no parking. The staff are unhelpful and even rude. There is no maid service. Generally, this is a very bad hotel.

Fabulous stay!

We loved our stay at the sonder. Our 1 bed apartment was huge and had everything needed. Fabulous living room and very comfy bed. Kitchen is very well equipped. Building is lovely and had great facilities. It's in a fabulous spot in Ottawa too.
