new fully air-conditioned apartment completely independent at the bottom of the villa in a tree-lined garden and large terrace with sea and Gulf of Valinco views - composed of a living room with large screen and convertible TV (140), fitted kitchen, 140-bed room, bathroom with Italian shower and wc - 2nd bedroom with queen-size bed (or 2x80) including bathroom with Italian shower and wc - total area around 55 m2

fabulous

wonderful stay, so peaceful. the hosts are super friendly and we just loved our stay. the apartment has everything you need and luckily we had the pool to ourselves. it's a short walk into town, but easier in the car. we would go back, Vicky & Kim

Superbe séjour avec des hôtes plus que charmants

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en couple. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et attentionnés, pas du tout bruyants. L'appartement est tout neuf, très confortable, avec la clim qui fait beaucoup de bien ! Nous espérons y retourner une prochaine fois et nous voulons encore une fois remercier les propriétaires.

Une merveille !!! Le logement est au top avec la piscine, il ne manque rien et pour couronner le tout les propriétaires sont formidables !!!! Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique nous étions 2 couples d'amis motards et nous avons pu de notre point de base faire des sorties motos tous les jours pour visiter de nombreux sites et différentes villes. Nous rentrons le cœur serré mais la tête pleine de merveilleux souvenirs et encore merci à nos propriétaires Marylène et jean Pierre qui on su nous donner pleins de tuyaux et de bonnes adresses culinaires. Hâte de recommencer.

Maison super bien équipé, très agréable les photos correspondent bien à celle du site.Jean-Pierre et Marylène sont des propriétaires agréables toujours à l'écoute ,disponible mais discretDonne de bon conseille visite, resto , plage et toujours prêt pour échanger.Piscine que pour nous ,nettoyer tous les matin par Jean-Pierre.Avec nos amis nous avons apprécie d'avoir chacun notre salle de bain.Grace à la climatisation généralisée dans l'appartement,nos nuits ont été paisible et reposanteVous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.Merci à vous deux pour votre gentillesse .Laurence,Brigitte,André,Serge

Superbe location très bien équipée

Cet hébergement bien situé, est décoré avec beaucoup de goût . Il est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Il est idéal pour deux couples. Le couple de propriétaire est adorable, Accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service.

Je tiens à exprimer ma plus grande satisfaction concernant l'accueil et la location du bas de villa de Jean-Pierre et Marylène. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par nos hôtes, qui ont fait preuve d'une hospitalité sans pareil. Le logement était impeccable, décoré avec goût et parfaitement équipé, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour des plus agréables. Le cadre était tout simplement idyllique, avec un jardin et une piscine magnifiquement entretenus, parfait pour se détendre et profiter de la tranquillité des lieux. Jean-Pierre et Marylène ont su se montrer disponibles tout en restant discrets, veillant à ce que notre séjour soit une réussite. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et l'envie de revenir très vite. Un grand merci à eux pour ce séjour inoubliable !

Belle situation avec vue sur la mer

Ideal pour un séjour entre amis avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Le matin et le midi repas sur terrasse à l ombre et le soir appero sur terrasse avec vue mer. Jardin arboré avec piscine. Et pour la plus grande joie des grands et des petits, visites quotidiennes des tortues. Propriétaires très discrets mais présents à la demande. En résumé nous recommandons vivement être location.

Waouh !

Merveilleux séjour dans un endroit idyllique avec des proprietaires au petit soin qui nous ont accueillis avec la plus grande gentillesse. Calme, vu sur la mer, tout le confort, avec un extérieur aménagé à la perfection rendant ce lieu vraiment magnifique avec sa piscine. Nous avons particulierement apprécié les magnifiques couchers de soleil ainsi que les animaux. Merci à Marylene et à Jean pierre pour leur accueil, ce sont vraiment de belles personnes que nous sommes très heureux d avoir rencontrées. Bisous à Nouba, petit chouchou de la maison.
