Exterior:
- The 24 m² private terrace on the first floor gives access to the communal gardens through a gate.

Shared exterior :
- The spacious communal gardens house a shared large swimming pool and have gates offering direct access to the beach.
- The pool, accessible only through double gates, comprises a large pool and a shallow children's pool. Open from May to October, it is closed at night (with cover) and supervised in high season. Access is reserved for residents with a key, and the pool is not heated.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants... are less than 2 km away.

At the front of the residence, a large private residential parking lot is accessible via an automatic code gate. Parking spaces are not numbered. There are no restrictions on the type of vehicle, with the exception of campers and vans, which are not permitted.
