You can take the side path to the iconic Skenes Creek Beach or the trail across the road for rock pooling and beach walk, making this a true coastal hideaway. A quick 10-minute drive will land you at the Apollo Bay shopping strip and main beaches.

The Space

A three-bedroom home with spectacular ocean and hill views captured from open plan living area plus the two main bedrooms. The front deck runs along the length of the house giving you ample outdoor living and spectacular views. Living area features a large modern gas log fire and an 8-seater dining table. Complimenting the timber flooring, the double-glazed sliding doors open to an expansive north-facing timber entertaining. The garage has also been converted into a second spacious lounge rumpus area with a TV, sofa bed and lounge chairs, backing onto the deck the garage door can be opened to provide even more entertainment space. The property also has an electronic vehicle charger.

Guests will feel right at home from the moment they step through the front door into the light filled living space. Filled with modern recliner sofas, books, toys and all the conveniences and luxury of the home including high speed internet.
Kitchen/Dining/Lounge: Kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher, coffee machine (takes coffee beans) and essentials. Large wooden dining table to seat 8 plus two bar stools, TV, gas log fireplace, ceiling fan, R/C Air conditioning

Master bedroom: Queen bed, bedside tables, lamps, ceiling fan, wall heater, TV, en-suite with shower, toilet & vanity as well as access onto the front deck with ocean views through to Apollo Bay.
