Located in the desirable neighborhood of Davis Shores, our home is less than a mile to the iconic Bridge of Lions and 3 miles to St Augustine Beach. This charming home offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Whether you are seeking a tranquil retreat, or an adventure filled getaway, this rental is the perfect home base for experiencing all that the charming city of St. Augustine has to offer.

As you step inside this newly renovated home, you will be greeted with an inviting open concept living area that effortlessly combines the living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
This open concept ensures that everyone can stay engaged in conversation and enjoy the surrounding ambiance.
The interior is tastefully decorated with ample natural light streaming in through large windows.
To enhance the communal experience, the common area extends to a dining space with a large table. Share meals together, play board games, or engage in lively discussions while savoring the delightful views of the property.
This home offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 7 guests.
This vacation home offers an oversized private fenced yard and an expansive back patio equipped with yard games and an outdoor television to enjoy outdoor meals, some friendly backyard competition, or watch a football game while you barbeque some burgers and hotdogs!

The fenced yard ensures privacy, making it a safe and secure spot for families and their pets. We pride ourselves on being pet friendly, but we ask that pets are kept off of the furniture during their stay.

Awesome location for family fun!

We had the best time using this house as our home base, taking our puppy with us on vacation. So close to the light house, the beach, so many great taco places and restaurants, the fort, and downtown. We did all the St. Augustine tourist things and the location was perfect to get everywhere within 10-15 minutes at most. We got a day pass for the Embassy Suites, which was perfect to get a pool day in without the expense of renting a home with a pool. A great place to bring a pet, our dog loved the big back yard. The kids loved laying in the hammock and the dart board. Would definitely stay here again.

Great communication great location clean facility. I absolutely loved it. My daughter and granddaughters enjoyed everything. Nice big backyard for the dog. Had everything that it said great central location close to everything just a beautiful place thank you ever so much. My daughter and I highly recommend.

The House: Sleeps seven seems like a stretch. Maybe if someone small slept on the couch or doubled up in the lower bunk? The bunkbeds shake when someone moves so one of mine elected to move to the couch after the first night. The house may sleep 6-7 but the living room only seats three people. We pulled in the kitchen chairs. House was very clean. Everything you need is provided but only to the exact amount. Small touches like laundry baskets, beach towels, baking dishes, an extra chair in the living room etc. are missing. They did have dog toys though and the backyard is fenced and large. The manager was great and whisked a large pot over to us as there wasn't a large one on site and I had plans to cook throughout our stay. The neighborhood: Felt safe. Was quiet. Seems the neighbors like to let their pups poop in this yard specifically, but all in all a very nice and quaint neighborhood. Great for strolls. The Amp and restaurants: You can walk to Osprey Taco, Mellow Mushroom and a few other places. We walked to and from The Amp a few times. It was a 25-30 min walk and was pleasantly quiet and dark on the way back through the neighborhood. This house was definitely clean and comfortable. Host is A+ and highly responsive. Overall rating 4.5 out of 5.

Overall Good Value

This house is in a good location between the beach and downtown. Three bedrooms and the large backyard were a major plus. If you plan on spending most of your time downtown, it can be a little inconvenient having to deal with traversing the bridge of lions during peak afternoon/evening hours. House was clean and stocked with the basics, very friendly and quiet neighborhood. The pictures of the backyard do not really accurately represent it’s current condition as it has become over run with weeds. All in all this house is a very good value, as many in the downtown neighborhoods have become quite pricey, would stay here again.

This place was super clean and me and my friends enjoyed it so much. Check in was very easy along with checkout. It was so cute and we definitely will be coming back!!!!
