We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing our condo for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines.
Apartment 4 has just finished being remodeled in 2018 and is on the 1st floor. The apartment is a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a washer and dryer in the unit as well as brand new tv with cable and there is also WIFI. We have tried to think of every amenity to make this your home away from home.
Location is ideal for everything in Tampa- 10 minutes from downtown Tampa, the Convention Center, Raymond James stadium, and the Amalie Arena. Our convenient location that is on the edge of both Tampa Heights and Seminole Heights and has quick access to I275 to get you anywhere in Tampa that you need to be. A 15 minute drive can take you to the Tampa Airport, USF,Moffitt Cancer Center and Busch Gardens. The beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are an easy 45 minute day trip.
The Tampa Heights and Seminole Heights neighborhoods have experienced a revival the past 5 years and have become home to some of the trendiest restaurants, bars and breweries in Tampa.
You can "yelp" Seminole heights Tampa to get an idea of the feel of the neighborhood and I think this one review sums it up pretty well..."it's the perfect balance of grit and creativity. As we speak, this historic neighborhood is in revival. It is transforming from a "has been" into the "now."....." There is still some grit in Seminole Heights as it goes thru this revival, if that's not your thing then you might not like the neighborhood.
The best way to explore Tampa is by car. The building is an urban area on a busy street. It is not a walkable neighborhood, but there are many restaurants within a 5 minute drive of the building and our central location to the interstate brings you to everything you'll want to do in Tampa within a 10-15 minute car ride. We also just finished enclosing the courtyard of the building so you have secure access with a coded gate entry from the parking lot and street.
