- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room with WC
- Shower room with utility room
- Separate WC

First floor:
- A large relaxation room with TV, double sofa-bed and two single beds that can form a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160x200) and one single bed with open bathroom (with bath) and separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A Nordic bath available all year round, for up to 6 people
- A lovely 200 m² south-east-facing garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, table tennis and games.

The house is ideally located in Vincy-Reuil-et-Magny, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
