The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The upper floor of the villa comprises four bedrooms, each with its unique features. Two of the bedrooms have panoramic windows and are furnished with French beds (180 cm, length 200 cm), showers, toilets, and satellite TVs (flat screens).
