• Living Room: Features ample seating for the whole group, a large flat screen TV, and a pool table to keep everyone entertained.

• Kitchen: A full-size kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, basic cookware, and a coffee maker to get your mornings started right.

• Bedrooms: Four separate sleeping quarters. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each feature a comfortable Queen bed. Bedroom 3 is great for kids or singles, offering two double beds and one single bed. Bedroom 4 is the primary suite, featuring a spacious King bed.

• Bathrooms: Equipped with bathtubs, hot water, essential toiletries, and fresh towels for your stay.

• Occupancy: While our maximum capacity is listed as 12 guests, the physical beds in the home comfortably sleep 11. The 12th guest will need to use the existing beds or an air mattress (bed linens provided).

• Property Age: This is a budget friendly, older property.

• Kitchen Supplies: We provide basic pots, pans, and dishware. However, the kitchen inventory is essential.



Guest Access:

You will enjoy easy self-check in using the smart lock door code and keypad. We will provide your unique access code prior to your arrival. Free parking is available on the property for your convenience.

Located on East Desert Cove Avenue in Phoenix, you are perfectly situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood right on the border of Scottsdale. The area is known for its peaceful suburban feel while keeping you remarkably close to world class dining, golf courses, shopping, and beautiful desert trails.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended for navigating the area. Depending on traffic, you are about 15 minutes away from the vibrant dining and nightlife of Old Town Scottsdale, 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and just 10 minutes from fantastic hiking at the Phoenix Mountains Preserve.



Other Things to Note:

• To offset the cost of gas, pool heating is available for an additional $70 per day on request. For longer stays, we can provide an affordable flat rate for pool heating.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for the stay. Please contact us to confirm the specific amount. This is fully refundable provided the property is left in good condition.

• Waiver Option: If you would prefer to skip deposit, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver for a small fee instead.

• Furry Friends Welcome: We love dogs! You are welcome to bring your non-service pup along for a small fee. Please just remember to add them to your reservation guest count when booking so the fee is automatically applied and we know to expect them!
