"The best thing is definitely the location right next to Time Square. Otherwise the hotel is pretty basic for a 4 star hotel and based on my previous experiences in New York, I was expecting more. The room was a bit old and not the cleaniest, but the bed was very comfortable and the staff mostly nice. "
